Illoura Quarry Project
ARDG’s Illoura Quarry Project is located on the rural property ‘Illoura’ near Sallys Flat, approximately 11 kilometres northwest of Sofala, in the NSW Central Tablelands.
The Illoura Quarry will produce high quality construction materials including concrete aggregatres for use in the development of the adjacent Crudine Ridge Wind Farm Project (CRWFP). Development of the quarry will commence in late 2018.
The quarry development application was approved by Bathurst Regional Council (DA-2018/203) on 21 September 2018 for extraction and processing of up to 30,000 m3 of material per annum. Environment Protection Licence (EPL) No. 21167 was issued by NSW Environment Protection Agency on 21 September 2018.
Operation of the quarry will be undertaken between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. In accordance with the conditions of the quarry's EPL , ARDG’s Complaints Line for the Illoura Quarry Project is 0427 180 923 and is attended during operating hours.
