Planning Approval
On 16 December 2024, ARDG received planning approval from Independent Planning Commision of NSW.
In response to a Class 1 merits appeal lodged with respect to the Independent Planning Commision's approval, Project approval was confirmed and reissued on 22 August 2025 by the Land and Environment Court of NSW for a 30-year period.
