​​Scott is a widely respected environmental science professional with over 25 years management and advisory experience in the construction materials sector that includes quarry, pre-mixed concrete and asphalt manufacturing operations.
​
Scott’s career commenced with CSR Limited where he progressed from site environmental support roles to State-wide leadership, providing advice and support in the areas of risk and compliance management, site approvals and strategy development.  He then moved to national roles in the construction materials divisions of multi-national organisations (Cemex, Holcim, Boral) where his role expanded into resource development and planning approvals evaluation. 

For the last 10 years, Scott has held multiple leadership positions in Boral Limited, focusing on environmental and sustainability strategy development and execution.  Most recently he held the enterprise-wide role of Head of Environment where he managed a team of fourteen professionals responsible for all aspects of environmental management, from site approval and licence evaluations through to corporate strategy, Executive Committee and Board advice and support.

• development of key stakeholder engagement relationships aimed at achieving fair and balanced outcomes that address the aspirations of all parties.
